We have 2 reactors A&B for same chlorination process and same product...in every batch we have to charge 200 kg more chlorine in B reactor than A reactors ...why this happens ? What are some reasons..as it happens in every batch we taken into B so its possible anything from process side..we replace mass flow meter twice but result is same so any thing else pls guide me on this..thanks in advance.
