Hello, i am currently running a simulation comprising: comprossor - 2 heat exchangers - reactor - 2 distillation column, using Aspen plus.
I have been trying to analyse the economic study and i was added the electricity as a utility for blocks. However after evaluation the total utilities cost was equal 0$.
I honestly don't knwon what to do. It would be great if anyone could help out.

The calculator block is useful for all sorts of equations and would be my choice instead of learning how to use electricity as a utility for blocks. It is 'another way' to reach the same result if you cannot get the help you want. The AspenTech support group will try to help you if you ask them.

Have you activated or setup Aspen Economic Analyzer?
