hi to every one:

I am currently working on a Heat exchanger. Here i am using the Propane gas and Water to Produce steam using tube in tube heat exchanger. My problem is to generate steam i have to use high temperature app. about 450 degree centigrade. Here i am using 16mm heat exchanger. Here i want to increase the steam efficiency with a temp. of about 300 degree centigrade. I need any ideas from someone to achieve my goal. (Here i am using counter current flow). I am also in dilemma that if i could increase the length of the heat exchanger, is it possible for me to increase the efficiency.

thanks for any help from you
