I have a question related to the distillation column. why in the mtbe/methanol distillation column, in the bottom product there is mtbe? while the boiling point of mtbe is smaller than that of methanol

As far as I know, the separation in the distillation column based on a small boiling point will be the top product, while the high boiling point will be the bottom product.
