The pressure vessel documentation should identify the Maximum Allowable Working Temperature.

Does anyone have any idea about what is maximum vessel wall Temperature (Tw) is tp be considered for SA387 grade 11, Class 2 during fire case where vessel is filled with gas?

Tanks and vessels are usually designed to API 520/521/2000 for external fire conditions. Automatic sprikler systems are use to mitigate occurance of high metal temperature that will cause undue strength decrease of the metal wall. Alternately insulation or coating systems can be used.
