Hi, I'm currently researching the best reactor design to produce Hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) for my project, but am still unsure about the difference between a mono phase reactor and a bi phase reactor. Also, I'm considering going with fructose as the raw material instead of biomass or glucose. Any thoughts, suggestions or guidance will really be appreciated, thanks
