Restricted Orifice Sizing

I want to know how to calculate restricted orifice plate dia if my line size is 4 inch and flow rate is 83 kg/hr and material density is 1145 kg/m3 ,I have to do 996 kg control addition in 12 hour's.

You need a metering pump.

I agree with above - orifice is not suitable for dosing, dedicated means are preferred.

Hi,
A sketch (PFD) and a better description of the process will help to get a meaningful answer.
What level of accuracy do you need?
My experience with the latex process was to use Pulsafeeder pumps to manage the flow rates of monomers and other reactants. If you don't want to use flow meter you may be able to use load cells combined with PLC.
More details better answer.
