Can anyone please tell me how do we size the gas line, when the gas line is having solid content?  In oil and gas industry , how do we size the gas line having the solid content? I hope now my question is clear.

Not much information supplied with the question... are you designing a pneumatic conveying system?

Do you mean conveying of solids by pipe, like "Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying" or "Dilute Phase Pneumatic Conveying"?  Or, are some nuisance suspended solids in the gas dropping out and accumulating in the pipes?
