​This is a natural gas molecular sieve dehydration process, and the red arrow points to a natural gas pre-cooling unit. Could you please specify what exact equipment this is? I haven't used this type of equipment before.

I do not see that you were successful in posting anything but text. But from your text description, a pre-cooling unit before natural gas dehydration is likely to be for the purpose of condensing moisture from the gas and will consist of a heat exchanger and a 2-phase separator. Any water removed from the stream prior to the mole sieve reduces the load on the sieve.
