I work for carmeuse and we need to know if the LOC (limit oxygen concentration) depends on the temperature and how it depends on? Is there a formula to calculate LOC including the temperature and the combustible concentration.

Yes, the extents of the flammability envelope (and therefore also the LFL, UFL and LOC) vary with temperature (and pressure). Unfortunately there are no reliable correlations to estimate the impact, although there are a few 'rules of thumb'.
