Hi,

I have been assigned for a study and FEED of a LPG road tanker terminal.

I would appreciate if any of our learned members could advise any literature, standards, guidelines, vendor brochures/catalogs regarding the basic flow scheme, Fire and Gas Detection requirements and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) requirements of an LPG road tanker loading terminal.

Regards,
Ankur

engg,

This is a very old post (3-1/2 years). Since then a lot has changed. The basic document that I had referred to after my post were two Shell Design Engineeering Practices with the title and number as:

DEP 30.06.10.13-Gen. - LPG Bulk Transfer and Transportation

DEP 30.06.10.11-Gen. - Equipment in LPG Installations

These were very helpful in doing my FEED job for the client.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Ankur.

icasensio,

My company was subscribing to Shell DEPs by paying for it. It is not available as a free resource.

Regards,
Ankur
