We are working on a research project which deals with membrane based separation of hydrogen from carbon dioxide. We are looking for commercial membranes for this particular application. We will highly appreciate if someone could provide us with list of suppliers for gas separation application.

MTR http://www.mtrinc.com/offer several separations for removing carbon dioxide or hydrogen from various streams, I do not know if hydrogen is covered.

I would suggest reading Journal artical,

R. Baker. Future Directions of Membrane Gas Separation Technology, Ind. Eng. Chem. Res. 2002, 41, 1393-1411

For a list of companies in the membrane gas separation industry.

Also look at Kvaerner website, they did some serious research work in membrane technology for acid gas removal. Adsorbent used is cellulose acetate. I think there are some published articles, and Google search may lead you to these published papers.

Natco-Cynara, the best CO2 membrane separation provider I know, and probably the most experienced.
