Hi,
I have seen a design basis which mentions that 'Marine sea life exposure limit' is 2853 Btu/ft2.h (9.0 kW/m2). This is one of the radiation intensity limits criteria for flare design. However, I could not find any international standard or local regulation which provides any radiation intensity limit on sea level.
Has anyone come across any such guideline?
