Hi Als,

The location of TPA LG (level glass) on TPA chimny tray and above that five bubble trays are there.
LG inlet nozzel got chocked and we need to dechock these nozzels and operating condition are hereunder.
Pressure:3.7 barg
Temp (Top):172^0c
PSV set Pr: 4.7 barg and 4.9 barg.
My question is, does we can dechokt it with steaming during normal operation or we postpone this job untill shut down.
Please advice me, the HAZOP and the qunsences of online dechocking.
NB: A pfd is attached !!!

I remember doing it once on a Reformer depentanizer tower. I'd suggest you to upload accurate sketch of the system and then all of us can contribute. What purging sources you have at your disposal, and at what conditions (P, T)?
