For such thin, it is recommended to refer to some industrial practice as per API and other Code or Standard, since each company has different approach. and I have done one comissioning procedure, I'm taking all the procedure from API RP and STD

Hi Kumar,
very interesting posting, hahaha,
Did you have operating manual, if yes, then read them, every point is mentioned in operating manual but there you can get 70% information and remaining 30% is tacit and you can get it from senior guru.

Hey, if anyone sends you one give me a copy.....then I can retire a very rich man by publishing it.... every place I ever commissioned I had to write a specific procedure for every bit of plant..!!
