how to calculate the enthalpy of mixture?

It seems that the basic approach is to calculate departure functions using a suitable equation of state. You might look through available texts (The Properties of Gases and Liquids is frequently mentioned around here) for this subject and see if that helps.

htotal = h1*n1 + h2*n2...
where n = mole fraction of a certain component in a mixture
h = molar enthalpy
In case of liquid mixtures, heat of dilution is also added direct to enthalpy of the system.
