Thanks Dhirajkhumar for the input .
Can you share a little bit more on the unloading station? Do you use a compressor or use Nitrogen or other mean ? What about the tank ? How do you manage the pressure inside the vessel ? Do you operate a cooling system to keep cool the liquified gas ?
Thanks
Breizh

Hi Breizh,

Our plant produces methyl amines. It's a reversible reaction. Methylamines are manufactured and fractionated under pressure.

A liquid level is maintained in the tank. Tank operates under pressure and normal temperature.

We have loading stations because we sell it. Tanker is loaded by centrifugal pump. Vapor leaving the top of tanker is scrubbed in water and sent back to process. A liquid level is maintained in the tanker also. Tanker also operates under pressure and normal temperature.

Regards.
