Would you please help me how can I select suitable internals for a 3-phase separator?

 and how can I size them accordingly? 

 

I do appreciate if you provide me with criteria and references as well.

Presuming you have sized the vessel, then send process information to suppliers of such equipment. And it matters what service the separator is used for.

Hi,

Just search with the various internals like De-entrainment devices like demisters, vane separators or feed distributors, vortex breakers, coalescer pads etc, you will find plenty of info on this devices/internals online. There are vendor websites where you can download the catalogs for these products.

Dear Kaveh,

 

the selecion of internal depends on several factors, you need to read the GPSA and DEPS shell.

 

I usually put in a spoiler at the entrance of the connection box and double vane pocket on the outlet.
