Because of the specialty in the internal design, the info is proprietary and is not allowed to be distributed. You can contact a vendor to get a preliminary idea. Other than the internals the sizing depends on how dilute you are going to need the oil in PTB and how salty the feed is. Mixing efficiency also plays a very key role in the sizing..
If you share your inputs I can do a quick run for you..

wash water:
-percentage of water wash (% vol): 2,85
-amount of emulsifier( ppm): 0
desalter:
-pressure (bar): 20
-Temperature (°C): 80

what is the BS&W of the crude (water content of the feed)? and what is the required BS&W in the outlet?
