Dear members

Water is kept in helium blanket pressure of 2 bar and some amount of helium gas is dissolved in water as per henry's law.
If same quantity of water is placed in a vaccum chamber. How can we can calculate the degasification rate of helium gas. Is there any formula to calculate the degasification of gas from water under vaccum condition.
