HI, Suresh

Hazop study is a systematic examination of a processing plant in order to identify hazards, failures and operatibility problems.

Hazop study aims mainly to identify how process deviations can be prevented or mitigate to minimize process hazards.

Here factors are the Guide words which are used for the selected NODE or line for the process, in your case it is Crude distillation.

Perform the Hazop study for the selected node by using appropriate deviation of guidewords. Identify the causes and consequences of each deviation.

Thanks.

Bhagat.
