Hello,

I am working on a new project in which required a mixture of PNA (solid fine crystals) and MCB (liquid), after mixing the slurry formed is to be transported to a reactor on the upper floor of the plant so now i am facing two issues with this...

1. How should i transport the slurry? Air pressure or nitrogen pressure transportation is not available and the vacuum transfer is having the issue related to health of the worker associated, so basically i am looking for some effective pumping system, which do not leave any material in the inlet and outlet line once the batch is over. Please Suggest...

2. Considering the worst case scenario I am considering power failure or the agitator motor stops in any case, than my slurry will get stick on the walls of the vessel, so how could i make that slurry again into suspension with the solvent once the agitator starts back....

Thanks

Yash...
