Hi All
One of the requirement in plant design is to calculate the 'Instrument Air Consumption' for Utility. Can someone give me guidelines ?

I am willing to help you if you do the basics first.

If you search in google "Instrument air consumption" in the firt 10 entries there are at least 3 that point to this same site.

One named "Some Utility Consumption Estimate" that I believe is what you are looking for.

Don't hesitate to ask if after reading those, you still have doubts.
