Dear Fellows;

Could You please name the standard which is being used in oil and gas processing plant  for setting alarm and trip value of Gas detectors.

You should talk to the vendor of gas detectors .

The default setting from vendor is 20 % of  Methane LEL as alarm and 40% of LEL is trip. But these are just default setting without any standard reference.
