Hi to all,

How can i size the separator for below condition. pressure @2.5kg/cm2_g temp - 25 degree C.

Feed     GAS OIL WATER Flow (t/d)     357.51 659.33 2425.00 Density (kg/m3)     1.90 923.50 990.09 Viscosity (cP)     0.01 288.39 0.53

which separator will be good either two phase or three phase.

If i design three phase separator, it will be too big.

Droplet Size (m)   Oil in Gas   150.00   Droplet Size (m)   Oil in Water   200.00   Droplet Size (m)   Water in Oil     2000.00

(In this process, after the three/two separator heater treater is used to separate oil)

You should enlist the service of one skilled in sizing such separators. And to determine the requirement for oil and water separation. This crude is not easily handled to achieve what you need.
