I don't work in this process but i question whether we are getting our sst plates to 120c in the center.

The plates are 1/8" thick and coated with a polyimide(50um) thick on top. The bottom is uncoated but rides a 10um thick conveyor through the oven. The oven is 7m long and goes 2 meter/min. The oven is 175c.

Been a long time for me to try to figure something like this out...i are am confused because i seem to need to know the heat flux to get the temperature profle through the metal by dwell time.

Any suggestions?

I did not mention that the conveyor is silicone rubber 0.25" thick.
