2-boiler power?
3-level of all chemical in boiler

i must add injection caustic is very danger for boiler cause serious damage.

Milton Roy dosing pumps are very good. The Vendor will provide you with the appropriate dosing pump.

Caustic soda increases the pH. The boiler should operate at pH 9.5-10.0 and not greater. Caustic Embrittlement can occur if pH is not properly maintained. You should have a continuous pH monitoring 24/7.

Dissolved Oxygen is another factor to consider. You should be looking at catalyzed Sodium Sulphite if boiler is rated below 200 psia. 10 ppm of this for every ppm of dissolved Oxygen.

Foaming and carryover are also to be observed. If boiler steam is used live, you must ensure this does not take place.

A good water treatment company should monitor all the parameters and train your operators to carry out the proper treatment.
