My name is Teguh from Indonesia..
I am facing a case where I have to utilize gas from oil wells...
We just burn the gas in the flare until now, my job is to find any other useful usage of this gas..
Data :
Flow Rate : 5 MMSCFD
Composition : 60 + C1 ; 15 % C2 ; 4 % C3 ; 10 % CO2
My idea is to create a mini LPG utilization plant, where I can liquefy the C3 and C4 to sell them later...
My idea is to use turboexpander technology to utilize them...
Any ide, suggestion or critics about the technology / any other usage ?
Thanks

May consider use as fuel gas and domestic gas rather flaring it...

It sounds almost incredible that someone is flaring high-value hydrocarbons.
Based on NG, LPG, Light Naphtha etc. quality parameters defined by the market, you should evaluate all feasible plant configurations which will result in production/separation/purification of streams mentioned above - and perform cost/benefit analysis for each concept. Overall revenue versus CAPEX/OPEX will identify the most attractive concept, if no other constraints are present.
It's difficult for us to give you any detailed guidance because your question is too much general, and market opportunities are also not known. Anyway, I'd suggest you to go through various engineering literature dedicated to oil/gas processing, visit technology vendor websites (UOP, AXENS, SHELL etc.) and, first of all, make an accurate material balance of production stream(s). Once when you get yourself more deeply into technology evaluation and selection, you may wish to come to this thread again and ask for more valuable advices and comments.
