In a 11 km run of a pipeline containing crude oil from jetty to tank farm, there is 4.5 km rum where insulation is not there as there is some solid structure below it, which is not feasible to remove. What measures can be taken to maintain temperature during this non insulated part of the pipeline.

You can't put insulation because the pipe is on top of a solid structure? Is the structure a support for the pipe? I can't tell why you are unable to have insulation around a pipe. The only way to maintain the temperature is by insulating it.
