Hello

I have a question about the operation of gas compressors (Types:screw ,centrifugal, reciprocating). I want to know what happens? when there are different suction pressures?

There is a pipe contains natural gas and I want to install a compatible compressor on the pipe as a booster compressor. I am searching for the best choice.

The pressure at the suction changes from A to B depend on some reasons. Now I want to know what happens when pressure changes at suction of all types of compressor especially screw then centrifugal type?

Compressor selection is generally done on basis of pressure ratio (discharge press / suction press) and the actual volumetric flow rate. Refer the link below for a chart on compressor selction;
