I belive you should first read that procedure to get the concept of ko drum sizing.Because if you do not know about the concept no program like excel sheets can solve your problem.
I have developed some excel sheets regarding to phase separators sizing(both horizintal & vertical).
In general flare ko drums are horizontal.One important point is that we usually do not consider demister pad for flare ko drums.

Dear JP(Mojtaba) Assalam o Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah, I incidnetly missed this post details; however I will feel obliged if the sizing excel sheets are made available for me at my email address smwasialavi@gmail.com .
Especially as you might have seen my recent posting(s) about 'Desalter Psv's.....' in Petroleum Refining forum/repeated in 'relief device.... forum' wherein it was refferred that we revamped our refinery (basically a hydro-skimming unit) and we are in a further process of support systems enhancement i.e. up-sizing.
Now the Flare system and its K.O.D's are under study& will have to be revamped soon.This will be a help to review/understand better the consultant's works.
