Dear Friends,

we are trying to distill ethanol out of a solution which is 76% ethanol and 24 % water by volume.
the feed rate is 2.5 gal/min. we want to achieve about 90~95 purity.

guys can you suggest me a spec of distillation column length and dia, vacuum distillation is prefered

and plz suggest me any used equipment for the same
