respected seniors,i am a chemical engineer fresher looking for a job,my aim is to become an process engineer,but recently i have got an offer from a paint company in saudi arabia for the post of production engineer trainee,i have no idea about career growth in paint industry,with two years contract.,i request all of you to please help me understand whether i should accept this offer or not?can i switch to other industries like(petrochemicals,oil and gas) after 2 years??what are the career gro...

As in my point of view choose one simple project comprise of mass balance,energy balance,a design of equipment like heat exchanger,distillation column etc ,cost estimation like that.For example you can take manufacture of ethylene glycol......
